We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations. To avoid charges and to open up time for others seeking services, please allow at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. For the first no-show or late cancellation, there will be a charge of half the normal fee for the time reserved. Subsequently, the full fee will be charged.
Please be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged based on the time originally scheduled and we may not be able to extend your appointment due to other scheduled clients.
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Payment is due at time of treatment. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
